Elevator Pitch No.3
In the comments left on elevator pitch no. 2, people told me to explain what differentiated my app from others that already exist. The biggest difference is that you are still having to go find trips that match what you want to do. My app automates that process by taking the interests you fill out, listing one or two things you know you want to do and then finding a trip that has already been created by local travel experts who know what to look for.
This time I decided to add what differentiates myself from the competition in this space. Hope you like it!

Hey Drew!
ReplyDeleteI love your business idea. I could see myself using this a ton! I think your pitch was really great, I like how you changed it according to suggestions from the comments. You're pitch was very clear and concise while still being conversational. The only suggestion I have is to stand up and get into a room with better lighting. Right now it doesn't look super professional and you look too conversational sitting down. Maybe you aren't sitting down, but it looks like you are. Overall great job though!

Hello Drew,
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that you weren't feeling well while doing your pitch. I like the concept of your idea and think a lot of people would use your app. To make your pitch sound realistic you should talk as if your app already exists, this way you can be confident about the product you are trying to pitch. Other than that I think you did a good job distinguishing what makes your app different from the ones that already exist. Other than making your pitch sound more professional by standing and not using colloquial terms, I think you did a good job. Good luck with your app, I hope you are the one to eventually create it. Hey there Drew!!!
ReplyDeleteI found your business idea to be really awesome and intriguing! Although you weren't feeling to well, I thought you did an incredible job! I would definitely use your app if it existed and think that it is real original! You have a nice and clear voice as well, in which I find very important when making an elevator pitch. You never know where you will be and when it time you will have to pitch it to someone! So, good job and thank you for sharing.
